Who is this “you” ?

Who is this “you” You take yourself to be?

This “you” that seems to experience birth, death, changes, unhappiness or fear.  Is this really you?  Or has it all been the conditioning and projection of a mind that somehow believes it is a body and is separate?

All this you seem to experience. Events and people and bodies seem to appear, look very real, change, and disappear. But who is experiencing this?  Who is watching all of this?

You, the Self, or Spirit, is Immortal, Constant and Infinite. Any appearance of a “you” in body form is the central dream figure in your dream movie. It is all happening in the mind–an enormously convincing optical illusion; a hypnotic projection of seeming separate bodies moving through time and space. But you are not the body nor its identifications that you refer to as “you.”

You are the vast Awareness in which all form appears and disappears. All names and forms will play themselves out in the mind’s movie projection. But You, the Self, as forever One with God or Source, is formless. And you’ve never left this Source, even though it appears that way in the dream of separation. So who is it that dies? And who is it that is born?

You are not a body.  You are LOVE’s Presence.  You are a Timeless Being.

“Anything that you have imposed on yourself to be unhappy, to be bound, is a concept.
It is an imaginary concept, so give it away.”
